Ed Shempp – Executive Board Vice President
Ed began his career at Holten Foods in 1982 in the meat industry. He joined Local 88 in 1989 working for Kuna Meat Company as a Journeyman Meat Cutter. Ed has served as a Local 88 shop steward at Kuna for 15 plus years and has been involved in their contract negotiation. In November of 2016 President Dan Telle appointed Ed to the Executive Board as a Vice President.
